My name is Kristina Jatiova, and I’m a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Body & Mind Institute.

I created this program because I know how difficult it is to lose weight fast, especially when time and environment play against you!

Here is my story: The years of trying to adhere to various ‘diets’ left my body deprived of many nutrients, and after experiencing more and more health issues, I found out that my body can’t even absorb the nutrients from the food I eat! 

Never would I thought that my years-long experiments of “healthy eating” will leave me sicker than I ever was. 

Here I was with the symptoms of low thyroid, high estrogen (thinning hair, brittle nails), severe sugar and simple carbohydrate sensitivity (blood sugar problem, that left me waking up every single night at 3am, and not a chance to fall asleep again until 6am, when the alarm goes up!), hidden chronic infections (means inflammation), not able to digest fats (weight-gain), excessive protein breakdown (joints pain – the beginning of arthritis), burned adrenals (stress overload),  decreased cell permeability (holding on that fat like it’s my BBF [best friend forever]), and the list goes on… And to top it all up – welcome lockdown! 

All of the above left me with no other choice than to take a step back, and stop searching for “the right diet”. I realised I had to heal myself from the inside out, on the very cellular level. Because it’s where it all starts. If the cells are not functioning properly, it creates a perfect environment for pain, inflammation, disease. 

I immersed myself in the wisdom of traditional nutrition, got in touch with my deep self, and became obsessed with everything health, wellness and nutrition! And now, I want to hold you accountable, because you deserve to be the healthiest version of yourself! 

 

It happens all the time, we think we are eating healthier because a box, label, or diet says we are; but nothing changes. We are still bloated, exhausted, overwhelmed, and the extra pounds still linger.
